Roles and Responsibilities
- Primarily in to the role of Business Development & and New Client Acquisition - engaging and developing multi-cultural clients (Domestic/ International IT Clients)
- Participated in the analysis of the capability matrix of vendors and Rate card of skill available in the market. Empaneling new vendors based on their capabilities to support niche skills.
- Responsible for contract, contract-hire, and full-time positions of IT professionals for clients across India.
- Utilize company resources, internet search engines, networking, referrals, and cold calling to identify prospective client accounts.
- Understand technical qualifications needed to fill client's positions.
- Develop and maintain client accounts.
- Responsible for building a good rapport with the clients in pooling requirements from them & ensure serve them with quality and TAT.
- Maintaining good relations with clients and acting as a connecting link between clients and the recruitment team.
- Work closely with Hiring Managers and Recruiting team to understand and assess client needs.
- Develop sales strategy, and target account plans to build client pipeline.
- Meet objectives on revenue, gross profit, client meetings, etc
- Create Accounts (Clients) and build relationships with them
- Generate Requirements from the accounts.
- Explain the requirements to the Recruiters and help them search out good matches for the requirements.
- Update and modify the resume to position it according to the requirement.
- Submit and follow up with the client for further movement of the profile.
- Get the Purchase Orders (PO) and do the paperworks with the client as well as the third parties.
- Getting the contracts signed and following up with the clients through the closure of the deal.
1. Minimum 3 years experience in Business Development & New Client Acquisition.
2. Must have experience in staff augmentation and client empanelment
2. Should have good English communication skills.
3. Should have experience in lead generation and client acquisitions
**Salary**: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
