Job Title: Sales Executive - Heat Treatment Salts and Chemicals

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets and objectives within the designated territory.
- Identify and prioritize key accounts and prospects, actively prospecting and generating new leads to expand the customer base.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through regular communication, product demonstrations, and technical support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to capitalize on new opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and quotations, negotiating terms and closing deals to achieve revenue targets.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing timely reports and insights to management for informed decision-making.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network with potential clients and enhance brand visibility.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Chemistry, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the industrial chemicals or materials sector.
- Strong technical understanding of heat treatment processes and related chemicals/salts is highly desirable.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and credibility with diverse stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset, capable of identifying and capitalizing on business opportunities.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory and occasionally internationally.
