We are currently looking for a skilled and dedicated On-Page SEO Executive to join our team and help us drive organic growth for our clients.

**Position Overview**:
As an On-Page SEO Executive at The Ocean Marketing Solutions, you will focus on optimizing and enhancing website elements to improve search engine rankings. You will be responsible for implementing on-page SEO strategies, optimizing website content, and ensuring that each page is fully optimized to meet SEO best practices and drive traffic.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Implement on-page SEO strategies to optimize websites for higher search engine rankings
- Conduct thorough keyword research to identify relevant search terms for content optimization
- Optimize page titles, meta descriptions, headings, image alt text, and URLs for targeted keywords
- Work closely with content teams to ensure that website content is aligned with SEO best practices
- Optimize website structure and internal linking for better navigation and search engine visibility
- Conduct regular SEO audits to identify and resolve on-page SEO issues
- Improve page load speed, mobile responsiveness, and overall user experience for SEO success
- Utilize SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, and SEMrush to monitor and improve website performance
- Analyze and track key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of on-page SEO strategies
- Keep up to date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry changes to ensure ongoing optimization
- Collaborate with the design and development teams to ensure SEO-friendly website layouts and features

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in on-page SEO
- Strong understanding of on-page SEO factors, including keyword research, meta tags, URL optimization, and content optimization
- Hands-on experience with SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices, current trends, and algorithm updates
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strong organizational and time-management skills

**Pay**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
