**Responsibilities**:

- **Invoice Management**: Ensuring that the billing process is efficient, payments are made on time, renewals are tracked, and all financial transactions are accurately recorded and monitored.
- **Vendor Management**: Keeping records of all invoices received from vendors, obtaining necessary approvals, and processing payments in a timely manner.
- **Accounting and bookkeeping**: Recording all financial transactions accurately, regularly updating the books of accounts, and systematically maintaining and organizing financial records for better business decisions.
- **Audit Assistance**: Engaging with the auditors, providing them with necessary documents, and ensuring that the audit process is completed in a timely manner.
- **Statutory Compliance**: Ensuring that the company complies with all relevant tax laws and regulations, including GST (Goods and Services Tax) and TDS (Tax Deducted at Source). It also involves ensuring periodic and timely filing of tax returns.
- Coordinate with external auditors and manage audit processes.
- Monitor and manage cash flow, investments, and asset management.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting or advanced certification (e.g., CA, CS, CFA) with 2+ years of experience.
- Tally skills
- Strong MS Office skills are required.
- Ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in financial reporting, analysis, and planning.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
- Experience with lenders, investors, auditors, and regulatory authorities is desirable.
