Job Title: Tele Sales Representative
**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers from provided lead lists.
- Present and promote products or services to prospective clients.
- Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and pricing to prospects.
- Listen to customer concerns and address any questions or objections.
- Close sales and achieve monthly targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for generating leads and improving sales processes.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.
- Provide exceptional customer service to build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
- Follow up with leads to ensure customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in telemarketing or tele sales, preferably in a similar industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
- Results-driven with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales is a plus.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt.
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus, but not required.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
