**Position Description**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Web design and Development**: Writing clean, efficient, maintainable, and scalable HTML, CSS, JavaScript code to translate creative design mock-ups and wireframes into functional, visually stunning, and responsive web interfaces
- ** User Interface Development**: Ensuring web interfaces works seamlessly across different browsers on various devices to ensure consistent user experience
- ** Version Control**: Managing development versions with version control systems like GitHub to manage code and collaborate with other inhouse teams
- ** Being Agile**: Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical challenges related to front end development
- ** Stay Current**:Staying up to date with latest front-end technologies, trends, and best practices to enhance skills and maintain relevance. Have a growth mindset and a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools
- ** Compliance**: Ensuring quality, value, and compliance throughout the development Lifecycle. Partnering with the external stakeholders (Agency of Record, other vendors, etc.) to ensure quality and compliance
- Actively participate in deviation investigations, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts as the role dictates
- Anticipate potential challenges and proactively communicate with the Digital Project Manager. Support Digital Project Manager with the possible solutions and to take the right decision

**Basic Qualification**:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Web Development, or in the related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the front-end development
- Pro efficient in front end technologies (HTML, CSS, and JavaScript)
- Strong understanding of responsive web development
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and knowledge database systems (ex: SQL, MySQL)
- Good communication skills to understand project requirement and provide update to the Digital Project Manager and other stakeholders
- Ability to work within a team as a strong team player and to collaborate with multiple stakeholders across different

**Additional Skills/ Preferences**:

- Certifications in front-end development, web design, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related technologies
- Familiarity with design software’s (ex: Adobe Photoshop, XD, Sketch, InDesign)

- Experience working on projects involving the creation, use or implementation of design systems
- Excellent collaboration skills and organizational skills
- Experience on project management tools such as Wrike and hands on experience on Veeva vault
- Knowledge of front-end frameworks (ex: React, AngularJS)
- Experience with continuous Integration / Continuous Deployment processes
- Pharmaceutical industry Knowledge
- Knowledge of Digital Marketing Material development, approval, testing and deployment
- knowledge of Marketing Material types and associated business rules
- Understanding of the Role of Agency of Record, Source of Authority, and Implementation partners
