**RESPONSIBILITY -**
- Lead and support all Simulation related activities starting from understanding customerrequirementtocollectnecessaryinputstilldeliveringofresultsaspercompany standards.
- Development of Engine performance model (Gas dynamics & Thermodynamics) fromscratch in1DGTPower.
- Design and optimization of air handling sub-system including turbocharger, EGR system,manifolds,and engine gas aftertreatmentsystems.
- Enginepowerup-gradationandoptimizationofdifferentengineperformanceparameters.
- Experience of Turbo charger matching, Engine load step predictions, Emission modeldevelopment(NOx),Valve Timing optimizationapproachesetc.
- Experience of combustion modelling techniques (Heat release rate, Predictive combustionmodelling,MeanCylinder modelling)0D/Mathematical model building of Diesel & Gas engine and its subsystem using MATLABandSIMULINK.
- 0D modelcalibration using MATLABandSIMULINK.
- BuildandintegratemodelinHardware-in-Loop(HiL)/SoftwareinLoop(SiL)environment.
- ECU softwarelogiccreation andintegration.
- Analyse test results, check data quality, report, and summarize status on a weekly basis toupdatetestplan accordingly.

**Skiils-**

Minimum3yearsofdemonstratedexperienceininternalcombustionengines,components,calibration,and emissions.
- ProficientinMSOfficetools,fordataanalysis,visualization,clearpresentationofresultsandtechnicalreporting
.Experiencewithenginecombustion&emissionsperformance,enginecalibration,&labtesting
- Tool exposure: -GT Power, AVL Concerto, INCA, AVL CAMEO, Uniplot, MATLAB.

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹1,300,000.00 per year
