The Abacus Master is responsible for instructing students of all ages in the use of the abacus for mathematical calculations. The role involves developing and delivering curriculum, conducting individual and group classes, and fostering an environment that encourages skill development and intellectual growth.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Instruction and Training**:
- Teach students how to use the abacus for various mathematical operations, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
- Design and deliver engaging lesson plans tailored to different age groups and skill levels.
- Assess students' progress and adapt teaching methods to meet their needs.
- **Curriculum Development**:
- Develop and update abacus training materials, including textbooks, worksheets, and multimedia resources.
- Create innovative teaching aids and tools to enhance the learning experience.
- **Student Engagement**:
- Encourage and motivate students to practice and master abacus skills.
- Organize and conduct workshops, seminars, and competitions to promote abacus learning.
- **Evaluation and Feedback**:
- Monitor and evaluate student performance through tests and practical exercises.
- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to help students improve their skills.
- **Professional Development**:
- Stay updated with the latest developments in abacus education and cognitive training techniques.
- Participate in relevant workshops and conferences to enhance teaching methods and knowledge.
- **Administrative Duties**:
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and performance.
- Prepare and manage class schedules and materials.
- **Community Engagement**:
- Promote the benefits of abacus learning within the community and through social media or public speaking engagements.
- Collaborate with schools, educational institutions, and other organizations to expand abacus programs.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Mathematics, Cognitive Science, or a related field. Specialized training in abacus instruction is preferred.
- **Experience**: Proven experience teaching abacus or similar mathematical tools; experience working with children and adults in an educational setting.
- **Skills**:
- Expertise in abacus techniques and methods.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create engaging and effective lesson plans.
- Patience and a passion for teaching and mentoring.
- **Certifications**: Certification in abacus instruction or a related field is advantageous.
**Work Environment**:

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹42,205.73 per month
