- Application User Access and Entitlement Oversight and Governance. Change Control Review and Approval of SNOW records for UAT and Production environments

**Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Excellent communication, influencing and negotiation skills with the ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships

- Experience with MS Office Products - Excel / Access

**Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills**
- 1 plus years of work experience in the industry, preferably with User Access Controls and Application Entitlements background. Knowledge of Identity and Access Management structures/processes such as Access controls, entitlement certification and user access removal.
- Experience with JPM Fund Services Applications including User Access request tools (EURC, RSAM, IBID) would be beneficial but not mandatory. Ability to coordinate issues, findings and practices with colleagues across regions and/or divisions.
- A bility to operate effectively with the ability to work under pressure and to tight timeframes. Ability to work independently and prioritize all work assignments effectively to ensure timely completion
