- Ensures that apparel production lines are properly balanced for target output.
- Provides job assignments to supervisors and other subordinates.
- Arrange for continuous training of helpers and operators.
- Pre-production sample prepared and compared with the originally approved sample.
- Makes the right evaluation of the performance of his subordinates.
- Arranged for proper documentation of all the activities on the floor.
- Monitors the progress of production against the production plan.
- Coordinates with all the concerns so that clothingor têxtile production progresses as per plan.
- Responsible for ensuring discipline on the floor.
- Read blueprints and specifications
- Monitor operations to ensure that they meet production standards
- Recommend adjustments to the assembly or production process
- Accept or reject finished items
- Discuss inspection results with those responsible for products
- Remove all products and materials that fail to meet specifications
- Doing inspection finished garments to our vendors.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
