Job Title: German-Speaking Sales Representative

**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven German-speaking Sales Representative to join our growing team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, driving sales growth, and contributing to the overall success of our company. This role requires fluency in German and excellent communication skills to effectively engage with German-speaking clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Customer Acquisition**:

- Identify and target potential clients in the German market.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences.
- Develop and implement strategies to acquire new customers and expand market share.

2. **Relationship Building**:

- Establish and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Act as the main point of contact for German-speaking clients, addressing their inquiries and providing product/service information.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

3. **Sales Presentations and Demonstrations**:

- Deliver compelling sales presentations to showcase our products/services.
- Conduct product demonstrations and highlight key features to potential clients.
- Tailor presentations to address the specific needs of German-speaking clients.

4. **Sales Targets and Performance**:

- Set and achieve ambitious sales targets within the German market.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies to meet and exceed sales goals.

5. **Market Intelligence**:

- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments in the German-speaking region.
- Provide feedback to the team regarding market trends and customer preferences.

6. **Collaboration and Teamwork**:

- Work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns for the German market.

**Qualifications**:

- Fluency in German is essential, both written and spoken.
- Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with the German business culture and market trends.

**Education and Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a sales role, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Knowledge of relevant sales and CRM software.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 30 - 60 per week
