**Sale**:Generate new leads, identify potential customers, and build a strong customer base for glass process. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share.

**Client Relationship Management**:Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders in the construction and building industry. Understand their requirements, provide personalised solutions, and offer excellent customer service throughout the sales process.

**Technical Expertise**:Possess a solid technical understanding of glass process, including their installation methods, hardware options, energy efficiency, and compliance with relevant glass codes and regulations. Be able to provide technical guidance and support to customers and address any concerns or issues they may have.

**Sales Presentations and Demonstrations**:Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and site visits to showcase the features, benefits, and quality of glasses Effectively communicate the value proposition and unique selling points to potential customers, highlighting how the products meet their specific needs.

**Quotations and Proposals**:Prepare accurate and competitive quotations and proposals for clients, ensuring they are aligned with customer requirements and company pricing policies. Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to secure sales contracts while maximising profitability.

**Market Research**:Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments related to glass process. Identify new business opportunities, evaluate market demand, and provide feedback to the management team for product development and marketing strategies.

**Collaboration**:Work closely with the internal team, including engineers, managers, and customer support, to ensure seamless execution, timely delivery, and customer satisfaction. Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge, resolve issues, and contribute to the overall growth and success of the company.

**Qualifications**

**Experience**:Previous experience in sales or business development within the glass process industry is highly desirable. Knowledge of the industry's products, market dynamics, and customer base is crucial.

**Product Knowledge**:Deep understanding of glass process products including their features, materials, and industry standards. Familiarity with hardware components, glass options, and energy efficiency ratings is advantageous.

**Sales Skills**:Proven track record in sales, with excellent communication in English, Gujarati and Hindi, negotiation and presentation skills. Ability to identify customer needs, build relationships, and close sales effectively.

**Technical Aptitude**:Strong technical understanding of installation methods, glass codes, and regulations related to glass process Ability to provide technical guidance and address customer inquiries.

**Market Awareness**:Awareness of current market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences in the construction and building industry. Ability to analyse market data and adapt sales strategies accordingly.

**Customer Focus**:Dedication to delivering exceptional customer service and building long-term relationships with clients. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to understand and address customer concerns.

**Self-Motivation**:Proactive and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and meet sales targets. Strong time management and organisational skills.

**Flexibility**:Willingness to travel to client sites, attend trade shows, and industry events as required.
