**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Office Management**: Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring a clean, organized, and productive work environment.
- **Office Supplies Management**: Monitor and replenish office supplies, ensuring that essential items are always available for staff.
- **Calendar Management**: Manage schedules and calendars for meetings, appointments, and events.
- **Communication**: Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communications, redirecting inquiries appropriately.
- **Travel Arrangements**: Assist in making travel arrangements for staff, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases.
- **Event Coordination**: Assist in planning and coordinating company events, meetings, and conferences.
- **Expense Reporting**: Process and track expense reports, ensuring accuracy and timely reimbursement.
**Qualifications**:
- Degree or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.
- Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or in a related administrative role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Professional and friendly demeanor.
**Salary**: ₹20,299.80 - ₹25,000.00 per month
