**Job Title**: Architect I

**Responsibility & Key Result Areas**
- Manages technical communication with stakeholders
- Must be an experienced full stack developer, with strong Java, Spring Framework, Node. js, Databases (PostgreSQL, Redis, DynamoDB,etc) I AM and UI experience
- Implements the detailed design for Micro services in a standard and efficient way
- Implements the detailed design for UI workflow in a standard and efficient way
- Unit tests the components developed and reviews other’s implementation
- Be able to proactively identify, analyze and resolve complex issues earlier in the development cycle
- Supports in project estimation, planning and risk management activities
- Supports the verification and validation team by resolving the issues / defects in a timely manner

**Role Competency & Personal Characteristics**
- 8+ years of experience in Software development life cycle, with a minimum of 3 years as a full stack developer
- Proven experience building cloud native systems and architectures (microservices, REST, event driven services)
- Solid experience in Java, Java, Spring Framework, Node. js and MicroService design and development
- Good knowledge working with API Integration, and Restful Services
- Experience in database design on relational systems like PostgreSQL, Redis, DynamoDB,etc
- Experience in JavaScript UI frameworks like Angular, React single-spa apps, Bootstrap / Responsive design concept, etc
- Exposure to cloud deployment models and tools (dockers, Kubernetes etc.)
- Good understanding and Exposure to HealthSuite Platforms/AWS and services will be a definite plus
- Strong desire to learn and adapt to new technologies and challenges
- Strong desire to learn and work across technology stacks
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interface in a cross-disciplinary manner, including engineers, product managers, and clinical specialists
- Self-motivated individual with good organizational and time management skills
- Familiarity with medical devices and/or working in a regulated environment a plus

**How we work together**
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
