- Assist in the creation and maintenance of project budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and financial constraints.
- Provide regular financial forecasts based on project progress and potential risks.
**Cost Control**:
- Monitor project costs and expenditures against approved budgets.
- Identify and analyze cost variances, providing insights and recommendations for corrective actions.
- Collaborate with project teams to implement cost-saving measures without compromising project quality.
**Project Performance Analysis**:
- Analyze project performance metrics, such as earned value, to assess the effectiveness of cost control measures.
- Prepare and present regular reports to management, highlighting key cost-related insights and trends.
**Risk Management**:
- Identify and assess potential risks that could impact project costs.
- Develop risk mitigation strategies and work closely with project teams to implement preventive measures.
**Cost Documentation**:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of project costs, expenditures, and financial transactions.
- Ensure compliance with relevant financial and accounting standards.
**Collaboration**:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, engineers, and finance professionals, to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Participate in project meetings to provide cost-related updates and insights.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as a Cost Analyst, Cost Engineer, or in a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in cost estimation software and financial modeling tools.
- Knowledge of project management principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
