**Responsibilities**
- Articulating business plans and ensure that these plans are in line with Dynamics Square’s strategic direction.
- Data mining activities like pulling contact information from various tools like Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Hunter.io, CrunchBase etc.(preferred but not required)
- Manage outbound leads process to maximize conversion and pipeline development
- Accurately enter, update, and maintain daily activity and prospect information in CRM
- Achieve and exceed monthly quotas and objectives
- Ability to interact, communicate and participate effectively in the sales team activities and efforts to achieve overall team objectives
- To ensure all reports are on time and accurate
- To support and work closely with Marketing and Territory teams to secure customer leads and drive acquisition programs
- Meet or exceed sales targets for all assigned product lines

**Qualifications**
- Minimum 2 Year Experience into Inside sales and IT Lead Generation/sales.
- Experience working with US, Europe, Middles East Market.
- Good communication in English
- Experience in inside sales, IT sales lead generation and technology solutions - preferred

**Salary**: ₹11,406.83 - ₹30,000.00 per month

- Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
