**Job Description**:
We are urgently seeking a motivated Sales Officer to join our team in Delhi. The Sales Officer will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and expanding our market presence within both consumer and industrial segments.
**Responsibilities**:
1) Channel Development: Identify, recruit, and manage dealers, distributors, and retailers within the assigned territory to establish and expand our sales network.
2) Sales Generation: Proactively seek out sales opportunities and achieve sales targets by promoting our range of Plastic Products to potential clients.
3) Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Utilize insights to develop effective sales strategies and product positioning.
4) Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Provide exceptional customer service to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
5) Sales Planning: Develop and implement sales plans and strategies to penetrate new markets, increase market share, and meet revenue objectives within the assigned territory.
6) Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and analysis to track performance against targets. Provide actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
7) Product Promotion: Coordinate promotional activities, product demonstrations, and marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
