**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales Management**:
- Handling sales inquiries and converting them into successful sales.
- Maintaining client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Assisting with the preparation of sales reports and forecasts.
- **Administrative Support**:
- Managing daily administrative functions and office operations.
- Coordinating meetings, scheduling appointments, and maintaining records.
- Handling documentation and ensuring the smooth functioning of office systems.
- **Social Media Handling**:
- Managing and updating the company’s social media profiles (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Creating and scheduling engaging posts to increase brand visibility.
- Analyzing social media performance and making recommendations for improvement.
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Proven experience in sales, administration, or social media management (preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
