**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Client Communication**:
Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients.

Communicate effectively with clients to understand their goals, objectives, and expectations.

Provide timely updates on project progress, performance reports, and any relevant information.

**Account Management**:
Develop a deep understanding of each client's industry, business, and marketing objectives.

Create and maintain detailed client account profiles.

Ensure successful execution of digital marketing campaigns to meet client objectives.

**Collaboration with Internal Teams**:
Liaise with various internal departments, including creative, content, and digital marketing teams.

Coordinate the execution of client projects and campaigns.

Provide clear and comprehensive briefs to internal teams based on client requirements.

**Reporting and Analysis**:
Generate regular reports on campaign performance and other relevant metrics.

Analyze data to provide insights and recommendations for optimizing campaigns.

**Market and Industry Knowledge**:
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.

Share insights and recommendations with clients to keep them ahead in the market.

**Required qualifications and skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in client servicing or account management, preferably in a digital marketing agency.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and channels.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
- Proactive and solution-oriented.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Working days - 5 days work week, Monday to Friday.

Office time - 10am to 7pm.

Work mode - work from office only.

Mumbai, Maharashtra.

**Salary**: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
