Job Description:
A Valet Driver at a Bistro restaurant is responsible for providing courteous and professional valet parking services to guests. The role involves safely parking and retrieving guests' vehicles, maintaining a positive customer experience, and ensuring smooth traffic flow around the restaurant entrance.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Guest Interaction**:

- Greet guests warmly upon their arrival and departure.
- Assist guests with opening doors, carrying luggage, or providing directions when needed.
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor at all times.
- **Vehicle Parking and Retrieval**:

- Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles in designated parking areas.
- Ensure all vehicles are handled with care and parked securely.
- Maintain order in the parking area, ensuring smooth and safe traffic flow.
- **Ticketing and Documentation**:

- Issue valet parking tickets to guests and record necessary vehicle information.
- Ensure accurate documentation of parking locations and time of entry/exit.
- **Vehicle Safety and Care**:

- Handle vehicles carefully to avoid damage.
- Report any vehicle damage or issues immediately to management.
- Respect guests’ personal property and maintain confidentiality.
- **Traffic Management**:

- Manage traffic in the drop-off and pick-up areas to prevent congestion.
- Assist with directing vehicles during busy periods to maintain order.
- **Customer Service**:

- Address guest inquiries regarding parking policies or restaurant information.
- Ensure a seamless and positive experience for guests by providing quick and efficient service.
- **Collaboration**:

- Coordinate with restaurant staff to manage peak times, special events, or VIP guests.
- Communicate with security personnel if necessary to ensure the safety of guests and vehicles.

Skills and Qualifications:

- **Experience**: Previous valet driving experience is a plus.
- **Driving License**: A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- **Driving Skills**: Proficiency in driving both automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
- **Physical Fitness**: Ability to stand, walk, and run for extended periods, as well as the ability to drive and park vehicles safely.
- **Customer Service**: Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- **Attention to Detail**: Strong attention to detail to handle parking tickets and vehicle documentation accurately.
