This position requires a strong blend of technical knowledge, sales skills, and customer relationship management. The Sales Engineer collaborates with the sales team, customers, and cross-functional teams to understand customer needs, propose appropriate solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and discussions with customers to showcase the company's products and services. Understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions based on the company's product portfolio. Advise customers on technical aspects, features, and benefits of products to support their decision-making process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, dealerships, and other stakeholders. Act as a trusted advisor to customers, understanding their business needs and offering appropriate solutions.
- Conduct regular customer visits, follow-up meetings, and provide prompt responses to inquiries and requests. Collaborate with the customer service team to address customer concerns and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Prepare accurate and detailed sales proposals, quotations, and contracts for customers. Maintain comprehensive records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales-related documentation.
- Provide regular sales reports, highlighting progress, challenges, and opportunities.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify potential growth opportunities. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, generate leads, and convert them into sales.

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
