- Follow Tesco's Business Code of Conduct and always act with integrity and due diligence
- Drive solutioning for complex problems utilizing advance decision science techniques
- Applied experience with machine learning on large datasets.
- Experience articulating business and mathematical techniques to arrive at an answer using available data.
- Ability to select the right statistical tools given a data analysis problem
- Experience in building models using semi-structured and unstructured data
- Experience in using ensembles and stacking techniques to solve complex ML problems
- Able to write production ready code and deploy ML solution for real time decisioning
- Contribute to development of knowledge assets and reusable modules on GitHub/Wiki
- Solves problems by analyzing solution alternatives

**Qualifications**:
Profile - Applied Data Scientist - Analyst

SQL; Python; Excel; Tableau; ML Algorithms; Good understanding of Statistical tests
