- Assist customers in selecting appropriate vehicles based on their preferences and needs.
- Ensure accurate and timely entry of reservation details into the booking system.

**Customer Engagement**:

- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and offering tailored solutions.
- Communicate reservation confirmation, pricing, and terms clearly to customers.
- Build rapport and establish positive relationships to enhance customer loyalty.

**Booking Coordination**:

- Coordinate vehicle availability and scheduling to meet customer requirements.
- Collaborate with other teams, such as fleet management and operations, to ensure smooth execution of bookings.

**Data Management**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and reservation records in the database.
- Generate reports on reservation trends, customer feedback, and performance metrics as needed.

**Problem Solving**:

- Address and resolve booking discrepancies, modifications, or cancellations promptly.
- Act as a point of contact for customers during the reservation process and address any issues that may arise.

**Upselling and Promotion**:

- Identify opportunities to upsell additional services, upgrades, or special packages.
- Stay informed about current promotions, offers, and discounts to maximize revenue.

**Process Improvement**:

- Contribute ideas and suggestions to enhance reservation processes and customer experience.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on company policies, procedures, and product knowledge.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional car rental experience is a bonus
- Proven experience in customer service, reservations, or a related role.
- Proficiency in using reservation and booking systems.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Positive attitude and a customer-centric approach.
