**Roles and Responsibilities**:
**Customer Coordination**:

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication and timely follow-ups.
- Coordinate with customers regarding bookings, invoicing, and delivery timelines.
- Handle customer queries and ensure a positive customer experience from start to finish.

**Invoicing & Delivery Management**:

- Prepare and manage invoices for clients and vendors.
- Track and follow up on payments and ensure timely deliveries of completed projects to customers.

**Vendor Coordination**:

- Liaise with vendors for equipment rentals, supplies, and other project-related needs.
- Manage relationships with external partners to ensure smooth operations.

**HR & Recruitment Assistance**:

- Help manage HR-related tasks such as onboarding new employees, maintaining employee records, and other administrative duties.

**Administrative Support**:

- Help with document organization and filing, ensuring all records are up-to date.

**Marketing Support**:

- Coordinate with marketing vendors or agencies if needed.

**General Support**:

- Provide ad-hoc support in any area of the business that requires assistance, from operations to creative brainstorming.
- Assist with organizing company events, photoshoots, and meetings.

**Qualifications and skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field (preferred but not required).
- 1-2 years of experience in office administration, customer service, or operations.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, G-Suite, and basic invoicing software.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience or interest in photography or the creative industry is a plus.
