As a Clinic Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients and visitors. Your role is crucial in creating a positive and welcoming experience. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks to ensure the efficient and smooth operation of our clinic.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome patients and visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and provide information to callers.
- Verify and update patient information, insurance details, and medical history accurately.
- Manage patient check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
- Handle patient inquiries, resolve issues, and provide excellent customer service.
- Assist in coordinating and managing patient files and records.
- Collaborate with the medical staff to ensure a seamless patient experience.
- Collect and process payments and co-payments accurately.
- Assist with administrative tasks and support the clinic's daily operations.

**Basic Qualifications**:

- **2nd PUC and Above**:

- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in using office software, including MS Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational skills with great attention to detail.
- Friendly and professional attitude with a strong commitment to patient care.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Neat and professional appearance.
- Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus, but not required.
