. **The Customer Service Representative must handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions for customers, and follow up to resolve any issues their customers experience** **and follow up to resolve any issues their customers.**

**ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES.**
- Listen to customers’ concerns, issues and questions
- Resolve customers’ concerns and answer customers’ questions to your best ability
- Maintain a positive attitude and calmly respond to customers’ complaints
- Open new customer accounts
- Attract customers by promoting the product and company positively, answering questions and addressing concerns as they arise
- Recommend possible products to meet the customers’ needs
- Refer issues and questions to managers if necessary.

Need Excellent English communication.

Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales or Customer service + Sales/upsell/renewals.

Qualification
- HSC passed.

Salary
- 25k-30K IH

2 Rotational week off between Monday to Friday.

Age - 24 years to 43 years.

Language Required: Fluency in Regional language atleast.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
