**Responsibilities**:
Take comprehensive notes during meetings and effectively distribute them.

Execute timely follow-ups with staff members to ensure task completion.

Act as a central point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.

Manage executive calendars and scheduling responsibilities.

Perform various administrative tasks to support the executive team.

Oversee and manage all business processes as outlined in flowcharts.

Coordinate and communicate efficiently with team members throughout each step of the process.

Provide relevant information to ensure tasks are completed within specified timelines.

Create, maintain, and enhance Excel reports and audits for compliance with federal laws and company guidelines.

Ensure smooth workflow, identifying areas for process improvement and optimization.

Skills & Requirements:
Excellent follow-up skills to ensure tasks are completed promptly.

Proficiency in MS Excel and Word.

Fluency in the English language with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Proficient in shorthand writing.

Demonstrated honesty and trustworthiness.

Strong working knowledge of Excel for creating and maintaining reports.

Proximity to the office, staying within a 45-minute commute (10km) to ensure prompt availability.

Sense of responsibility to manage and coordinate complex business processes.

Ability to create, maintain, and enhance Excel reports and audits for compliance.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.07 - ₹15,000.31 per month
