**Job Title**: Company Secretary

**Location**: Ahmadabad Corporate Office, India

**Responsibilities**:
Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and corporate governance requirements.

Assist in drafting, reviewing, and filing legal and regulatory documents, including annual reports, board resolutions, and other legal agreements.

Support the board of directors and executive management in corporate governance matters.

Maintain and update statutory registers, records, and documentation.

Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and related materials for board and committee meetings.

Coordinate and organize annual general meetings, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Monitor changes in relevant legislation and regulations and provide updates to management.

Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including regulatory authorities, auditors, and legal advisors.

Handle correspondence and communication related to company secretarial matters.

Assist in the preparation and submission of statutory filings, including annual returns and forms to regulatory authorities.

Provide support in drafting and reviewing company policies and procedures.

Conduct research and analysis on corporate governance practices and recommend improvements.

Assist in the implementation and maintenance of a robust corporate governance framework.

Support the legal and compliance teams as needed.
