- Maintain Core costumer relationship to ensure continuation of business.
- Ensuring implementation of promotional strategies & utilisation of inputs while keeping
- Focus on the customer engagement activities like education programs for the customers like Drs, Nursing Dept, Purchase Dept and also Channel network.
- Appoint the new channel partners in the territory based on the need of the territory. Also ensure the channel

**Qualification**:

- Degree in Biotechnology
- Minimum 4-5 yrs experience in Oncology sector.
- Willing to travel extensively.
- Strong Interpersonal skills, with focused People/Customer/Result orientation.
- Understanding the market and also the complexities, competition, customer preferences and taking initiatives to resolve any customer’s issues.
- Adhere to the values lie commitment, Transparency and Integrity to achieve the performance goal.
- Ability to prioritise and execute as per the needs of the business and the current set of challenges.
- Strong analytical skills (to understand local markets and customer needs) in order to
- develop region specific plans, strategies and tactics.
- Ability to response and improvise the business model if the current model is not yielding desired results.
