We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of **Executive Accounts Payable Ops GSC’s.**
- **Principal responsibilities**:
- Individual Contributor supporting UAE Accounts Payable process.
- Understand business requirements and ensure service delivery in line with agreed service level agreements and business expectations in general.
- Acquire complete understanding of relevant process and monitor the queues.
- Ability to handle escalations and complaints and resolve complex process related queries
- Monitoring ‘Service Quality’ of the process to ensure high Customer Service Standards.
- Produce, analyze and interpret MI to support/improve performance.
- Identify and escalate potential showstoppers and provide solutions.
- Identify opportunities for process re-engineering / improvement and initiate best-practice sharing.
- Understand the control environment and drive / implement controls
- Ensure compliance with Audit requirements for respective area
- Build professional relationship with colleagues in the related process and other areas
Requirements
**Requirements**:
- A Commerce Post Graduate with 3+ years of experience or B.Com with 3+ years of experience in Accounts Payable function. (E)
- Good Communication skills - Both verbal and written in English (E)
- Knowledge of end to end Accounts payable activities. (preferred)
- Good analytical, statistical and data mining skills to study trends, make projections and to interpret numeric information (preferred)
- Knowledge and experience in planning and organizing techniques as well as in problem solving techniques (preferred)
- Ensure control processes are in place to maintain data integrity
- Ability to build rapport within team and relate to a wide range of people.
- Flexible to work in shift s (E)
