**JOB DESCRIPTION**
Global Shares Process Modelling - Associate is an individual contributor role. As a process modeler for Global Shares program in Operational Transformation & Strategy (OTS) team you will support the Global Shares Operations Workstream with the integration of Investment Solutions by participating in projects and providing support for various initiatives. You may be involved in multiple projects or initiatives, working across the whole project lifecycle, identifying new transformation / automation opportunities, or system modifications, drive execution of medium/low complexity automation solutions on Alteryx/Unqork/UiPath/Python. Through strong partnership with Business, Operations and Technology counterparts you will work on project deliverables that are aligned with business and technology strategies. The business analyst will assist stakeholders in documentation for detailing requirements and business priorities, documentation of test plan and test cases, release notes and user guides. This role will require an ability to deal with complex business challenges, tight deadlines, competing priorities and interaction with the senior management team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create a unified view of the organization, business capabilities, operations, terminologies, processes, support functions. The responsibility is to work with business process owners to create end to end value chain, enabling linking of businesses which creates transparency and provides a view to leadership on how change can impact the businesses in the value chain****:

- As an expert modeler, you will also be required to follow the standard notations, version management, use of asset libraries etc. to build high quality models to reflect the current and future state of the processes
- Establish baseline process architecture which includes process definition and discovery involving decomposition of complex business functions into consistent process inventory nodes
- Create blueprints that defines the way in which the Global Shares stock plan will function within AWM post integration; define the end to end customer centric value chains
- Review processes and process model content to guide process owners to ensure models are in line with established architecture
- Reconcile process inventory attributes and relationships to other enterprise inventories and taxonomies (Business Capabilities, Risk, RCSA etc.,)
- Identify gaps between applicable requirements and current procedures/controls and participate in driving resolution of mitigating controls
- Coordinate discussions across all process stakeholders like Process Owner, taxonomy team, Process Modelers to drive maturity of the business architect framework
- Assist and support Global Shares initiated process change requests that impact the process models, decomposition of the business functions
- Maintenance and Change Management of process architecture

**Required Qualifications, skills and capabilities**:

- Overall 5-7 years of experience in process or business architecture, BPM, Process re-engineering
- Rich experience in process definition, taxonomy maintenance is required
- BPM or process architecture certification like Object Management Group etc., is desirable
- Experience on BPMN, DMN and other process modeling frameworks
- Must be able to facilitate cross-functional, complex audiences
- Experience in using object-oriented repository tools for BPM, enterprise architecture definition and documentation
- Ability to hold and independently drive stakeholder and working group conversations
- Hands on experience with mapping and modelling tools using DMN and BPMN- example tools include Signavio, Camunda, Sapiens, Appian, etc. - will be added advantage
- Display Change Management skills
- Understanding of core products and LOBs
