Icd - Cs/ops Kam

As an ICD - CS/Ops KAM, you will be responsible for coordinating with customers to manage their shipments' transportation. This is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai. You'll be responsible for ensuring that the shipments are transported effectively while providing customers with updates and shipment details. You will work closely with the operations team to ensure a seamless customer experience.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in the logistics and transportation industry with experience in customer service and operations roles
- Strong analytical skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to interact with customers and interdepartmental teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and data entry skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
