**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales Generation**: Actively seek out and engage potential customers through visits, calls, and meetings to achieve sales targets.
- **Lead Generation**: Identify and generate leads through various offline channels, including networking events, cold calling, and field visits.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
- **Market Analysis**: Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs. Keep up-to-date with market trends and competitors.
- **Sales Presentations**: Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
- **Negotiation**: Negotiate and close deals, handle objections, and provide appropriate solutions to clients.
- **Follow-Up**: Ensure timely follow-up with clients and leads to secure sales and maintain relationships.
- **Sales Reporting**: Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and analyses to the sales manager.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing and product development teams to understand and promote the products effectively.
- **Event Participation**: Represent the company at trade exhibitions, events, and demonstrations to enhance brand awareness and sales.
