**Position: Graphic Designer**

**Experience: 3-5 years minimum**

**Responsibilities**:

- Design and create visually appealing materials for print, including flex, fabric, and cloth materials, ensuring high-quality output.
- Develop branding materials, including logos, color schemes, and brand guidelines, to maintain a consistent visual identity for the company.
- Create marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, posters, and banners that effectively communicate our services and attract potential clients.
- Design presentation materials that showcase our wedding planning concepts, themes, and ideas to clients, ensuring a professional and engaging visual experience.
- Develop creatives for social media platforms, including graphics, illustrations, and visual content that align with our brand and engage our target audience.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute design concepts for various campaigns and promotional activities.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques to continuously improve the quality and innovation of our designs.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
- Work closely with the wedding planning team to understand client requirements and translate them into visually compelling designs.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a graphic designer, preferably in a wedding planning firm or a related industry.
- Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects, including print, branding, marketing collateral, presentation materials, and social media creatives.
- Experience in printing designs on flex, fabric, and cloth materials is highly desirable.
- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition.
- Ability to think creatively, generate innovative ideas, and effectively communicate them visually.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality designs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in client-facing roles and the ability to present and explain design concepts to clients.
- A passion for the wedding industry and a strong interest in staying updated with current trends and design techniques.
