**Job Description**:
As an Area Sales Executive at Florida Hometex, you will be responsible for driving sales and expanding our market presence in your designated area. You will play a pivotal role in promoting our products, building strong relationships with retailers, and maximizing revenue opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and objectives.
- Identify and prospect potential clients, including retail stores, distributors, and wholesalers.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through regular visits, follow-ups, and excellent service.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our offerings.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns, product launches, and other sales initiatives.
- Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and analysis to track performance and make informed decisions.
- Ensure timely payment collection and resolve any customer issues or complaints effectively.
- Represent Florida Hometex at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to network and generate leads.
- Stay updated on industry developments, product knowledge, and sales techniques through continuous learning and training.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the home têxtile or related industry.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent presentation and persuasion skills.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned area as needed.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
