**Position Title**: Line Cook
**Location**: Nugget Nation, [Sec 70, Mohali]
**Job Type**: Full-Time
**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Food Preparation**: Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes, portion control guidelines, and health and safety standards.
- **Station Management**: Operate assigned kitchen station (grill, fryer, prep station, etc.) during service, ensuring that food is prepared efficiently and with consistency.
- **Quality Control**: Maintain high food quality and presentation standards at all times, adhering to Nugget Nation’s culinary expectations.
- **Kitchen Cleanliness**: Ensure your station and the kitchen remain clean and organized throughout your shift, including following end-of-shift cleanup protocols.
- **Collaboration**: Work as part of a team, communicating effectively with kitchen staff, expediters, and front-of-house personnel to ensure orders are accurate and timely.
- **Inventory & Stocking**: Assist in managing food stock, checking supplies, and notifying the supervisor of any shortages or concerns.
- **Health & Safety Compliance**: Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures in accordance with local health department guidelines, including proper use of kitchen equipment.
- **Speed and Efficiency**: Maintain a sense of urgency during service periods, especially during peak hours, ensuring that food is delivered to customers in a timely manner.
Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
