- Strong background and expertise in geology with a comprehensive understanding of earth science principles and concepts.
- Previous experience in quality assurance, quality control, or content review preferably in an educational or scientific publishing environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify errors, inconsistencies, and inaccuracies in written content and educational materials.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively while meeting deadlines.
- Passion for education and a commitment to ensuring the highest standards of accuracy and quality in earth science educational materials.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Advanced degree (Master's or Ph.D.) in Geology, Earth Sciences, or a related field.
- Previous experience in curriculum development.
- Experience with data analysis and statistical methods applied to earth science research or education.
