**Overview**:
As an Account Executive in our Balaji Property Consultant company based in Navi Mumbai, you will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing financial activities to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. You will be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing financial reports, and collaborating with various departments to support the overall financial health of the company.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Financial Record Keeping:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for the company.
- Record financial transactions, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments.

2. General Ledger Management:

- Manage the general ledger and ensure all transactions are properly recorded.
- Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.

3. Financial Reporting:

- Prepare regular financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Present financial reports to management and provide insights into financial performance.

4. Tax Compliance:

- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and prepare and file tax returns as required.
- Collaborate with external auditors and assist in the completion of audits.

5. Budgeting and Forecasting:

- Collaborate with department heads to develop and manage budgets.
- Assist in financial forecasting and planning.

6. Accounts Payable and Receivable:

- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Process invoices, track payments, and follow up on outstanding receivables.

7. Financial Analysis:

- Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to support decision-making.

8. Compliance and Regulation:

- Stay informed about changes in financial regulations and ensure the company's compliance.
- Implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial integrity.

9. Collaboration:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial information and support business operations.
- Work closely with other departments to streamline financial processes.

**Qualifications**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

2. Proven experience as an accountant, preferably in the real estate industry.

3. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.

4. Proficient in accounting software and MS Office, especially Excel.

5. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

7. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
