Diamond sales experience prefered
- Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner, providing excellent customer service throughout their jewellery purchasing journey.
- Utilize product knowledge to guide customers in selecting the perfect piece of jewelry to meet their preferences, needs, and budget.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain the features, quality, and value of various jewelry items, including engagement rings, loose diamonds, fashion pieces and other accessories.
- Assist customers with custom jewellery orders, ensuring their specific requirements are met and communicating with our in-house design team as needed.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and requests, providing accurate and timely information to build trust and establish long-term relationships.
- Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately, utilizing our point-of-sale system and adhering to all company policies and procedures.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new product releases, and competitor offerings, continually expanding product knowledge to better serve customers.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to a positive and cohesive work environment.
- Participate in sales meetings, trainings, and workshops to enhance sales skills and stay informed about company promotions and marketing initiatives.
- Work a flexible schedule, including late nights, to accommodate customer needs and maximize sales opportunities.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
