As a healthcare experience designer, you will work on cutting-edge projects that involve designing and developing new tools, platforms, and services that empower patients, providers, and caregivers alike. You will be part of a dynamic and diverse experience design team that is committed to creating a culture of innovation and improving healthcare through the power of design.
- Your tasks and responsibilities:

- Select and execute appropriate user centered design activities at each stage of the product life cycle, to guide the multi-disciplinary team to
- make informed decisions.
- You will collaborate with cross-disciplinary partners and their approach, strategy, and processes.
- Work closely with researchers to plan research activities, uncover unmet needs, and constantly validate that the design solutions meet all
- safety requirements.
- Your qualifications and experience:

- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in user experience design, human-computer interaction, or related field
- A strong portfolio showcasing your user-centered design thinking and problem-solving skills.
- 5+ years of design experience as UX designer, Interaction designer, Information architect or similar crafts.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and we are open to experimenting with other tools that can help the team.

Your attributes and skills:

- Core design skills, especially about understanding user behavior and design theories.
- always embedded in key stages of the overall development process.
- Experience with user research methods such as interviews, surveys, and usability testing
- Experience working on complex, enterprise products and ecosystems, in regulated industries is an asset.
- Experience with building, contributing or working with design systems and ability to meaningfully extend existing guidelines to scale products.
