**Job Summary**:
As a Furniture Showroom Sales Executive, you will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting and purchasing furniture products in a showroom environment. Your primary goal is to provide excellent customer service, understand customer needs, and achieve sales targets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Assistance**:

- Greet and assist customers as they enter the showroom.
- Provide information and guidance on various furniture products.
- Listen to customer requirements and preferences to recommend suitable options.
- **Product Knowledge**:

- Stay updated on the features, specifications, and benefits of the furniture products.
- Educate customers about materials, finishes, and customization options.
- Provide detailed information on pricing, discounts, and promotions.
- **Sales**:

- Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives set by the management.
- Actively engage in up-selling and cross-selling to maximize revenue.
- Follow up with potential leads and convert inquiries into sales.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Address customer concerns, queries, and after-sales service requirements.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution.
- **Merchandising and Display**:

- Assist in maintaining an organized and visually appealing showroom.
- Arrange and display furniture products to attract customer attention.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs to the management.
- **Administrative Tasks**:

- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Keep records of customer interactions, inquiries, and sales transactions.
- Collaborate with the administrative team to manage paperwork and documentation.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work collaboratively with other sales executives and showroom staff.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven experience in furniture sales or a related field is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of furniture materials, design trends, and industry practices.
- Excellent customer service and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Basic computer skills for processing sales transactions and maintaining records.

**Education and Experience**:

- High school diploma; a degree in sales, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in retail sales, particularly in the furniture industry, is preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
