**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Client Consultation: Initiate and conduct meetings with prospective clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and budget constraints. Actively listen to their ideas, concerns, and expectations for their interior design project.

2. Project Coordination: Collaborate with the interior design team to translate client briefs into actionable project plans. Ensure seamless communication between the client and the design team to facilitate the successful execution of the project.

3. Proposal Development: Prepare and present detailed proposals, including project scope, timeline, cost estimates, and design concepts that align with the client's needs and vision.

4. Customer Support: Address client inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally. Provide regular updates on project progress and maintain transparency throughout the design process.

5. Client Relationship Management: Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by maintaining regular communication, understanding their evolving needs, and anticipating future requirements.

6. Upselling and Cross-selling: Identify opportunities to offer additional products or services that complement the client's original design plan, enhancing their overall experience and satisfaction.

7. Problem Resolution: Act as a mediator between clients and the design team in case of any disputes or challenges, and work towards finding viable solutions that align with the project's objectives.

8. Feedback Collection: Proactively seek feedback from clients upon project completion to assess their satisfaction level and identify areas for improvement.

9. Customer Retention: Implement strategies to ensure client retention and foster repeat business through exceptional service and personalized attention.

10. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, emerging design concepts, and competitor activities to offer innovative solutions and maintain a competitive edge.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in customer relationship management or interior design sales, with a strong track record of successful client interactions.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills to build rapport and effectively address client needs.
- In-depth knowledge of interior design principles, materials, and trends to provide insightful guidance to clients.
- Must have an Excellent ability to convince people through calls and Generating leads
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and meet deadlines.
- A proactive and customer-centric approach with a focus on delivering exceptional service.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
