**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead generation**:
Actively seeking out new potential customers through various channels like cold calling, networking, and online lead generation tools.
- **Customer relationship building**:
Establishing and maintaining rapport with existing clients to understand their needs and provide ongoing support.
- **Sales presentations**:
Delivering compelling presentations to showcase product features and benefits to prospective clients.
- **Product demonstrations**:
Providing hands-on product demonstrations to potential customers to address their concerns and showcase value.
- **Negotiation**:
Negotiating pricing, terms, and contract details with clients to secure deals while maintaining profitability.
- **Sales cycle management**:
Managing the sales process from initial contact to closing deals, including follow-ups and addressing customer objections.
- **Market analysis**:
Staying updated on industry trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
- **Sales reporting**:
Tracking and analyzing sales data to identify areas for improvement and report performance metrics to management.
- **Attending trade shows and events**:
Participating in industry events to network with potential clients and promote company offerings.

Required skills for a sales executive:

- **Excellent communication skills**: Ability to articulate ideas clearly, persuasively, and confidently both verbally and in writing.
- **Strong interpersonal skills**: Building rapport with clients and establishing trust.
- **Sales techniques expertise**: Understanding various sales methodologies and adapting them to different customer situations.
- **Negotiation skills**: Negotiating effectively to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
- **Product knowledge**: In-depth understanding of the products or services being sold.
- **Market awareness**: Knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and customer demographics.
- **CRM proficiency**: Ability to use customer relationship management (CRM) software to manage leads and track sales activities.
- **Data analysis skills**: Interpreting sales data to identify patterns and make informed decisions.
- **Key Skills**:

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
- Analytical mind set with the ability to analyse and interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- **Other**:

- Knowledge of HDPE pipe manufacturing or similar industrial products is a plus but not required.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Comfortable attending tenders and meetings and representing the company.

**Working Conditions**:

- Full-time position.
- Office-based with occasional travel for tenders or business development meetings.
- Standard working hours, Monday to Saturday, with some flexibility based on business needs.

**Salary Range : 25K CTC Per Month**
