**Roles and Responsibility**
- Lead the whole PULL sale force by identified sales strategy, job to be done, resources, and key enables required to maximize business and market opportunities and New store / outlets conversions and pitching our of products in new stores.
- Formulate and maintain sales standard operating procedures such as Work Plan, Beat plan, Basic Call

Procedure, time management, effective coverage, stocks management, operational expenses and other related sales functions and activities to achieve sales force efficiency
- Disciplinary actions of the sales force.
- Appoint, manage, and develop distributors; plan and organize training needs of their personnel and conduct periodic business review to validate distributor’s sales performance and adherence to distributor’s agreements
- Coordinate with Channel Marketing to exploit assigned markets and business opportunities and lead to ensure flawless execution of all activities: promotions, demonstrations, selling stories.
- Work closely with other functions: Free Trade and Chain Sales Team, Sales Operation, Finance, Supply

Chain, and HR to ensure all operations are being smoothly run.
- Analyze performance by territory/area and take actions to ensure target delivery
- Relative Skills And Experience Required.
- Stock management and pushing volumes at stores.
- Diligent reporting using CRM and as required by sales management.
- Maintaining a pleasant working environment for your team.
- Attain the phone calls of customers and sales staff.
- Sending work data to the seniors.
- Order taking and maintaining relations in existing stores.

**Requirements**:

- 12th To Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- A minimum of 3 to 4 years’ experience FMCG sales Food Retail in relevant geography.
- Excellent interpersonal and written and oral communication skills.
- Strong leadership skills and Must have served as SE in the same geography to develop retail GT market
- Enjoy working in fast-paced, demanding environment and hard working.
- Self-motivated and results oriented.
- Has initiative and good common sense.
- Analytical and negotiations skills.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

12th To Graduation

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

3-4 Years of experience in sales executive

Good Communication Skills

Knowledge about English, Hindi, Marathi Languages.

**Salary**: ₹21,000.00 per month
