Digital Client Servicing Executive

**Job Summary**:
As a Digital Client Servicing Executive, you will be responsible for managing and growing client relationships, understanding their digital marketing needs, and coordinating the execution of digital marketing campaigns to meet those needs. Your primary goal is to ensure client satisfaction and drive business growth.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, becoming their primary point of contact.
Understand clients' business objectives and marketing goals.
Regularly communicate with clients to update them on project progress and discuss opportunities.
**Project Coordination**:
Work closely with internal teams such as digital marketing, creative, and content to coordinate the execution of client projects.
Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
Provide clear project briefs to the relevant teams and follow up to ensure tasks are completed.
**Client Needs Assessment**:
Analyze and understand the client's digital marketing needs and requirements.
Provide clients with recommendations and strategies to achieve their marketing goals.
Collaborate with the team to develop tailored solutions for clients.
Campaign Monitoring and Reporting:
Track and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns.
Prepare and present regular reports to clients, highlighting key performance metrics and making recommendations for improvements.
**Problem Solving**:
Address client concerns and resolve issues that may arise during project execution.
Proactively identify potential challenges and work to mitigate them.
Market Research and Competitive Analysis:
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing technologies.
Use research to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients.
**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms.
**Experience**:
Previous experience in digital marketing, client servicing, or account management is preferred but not always required, depending on the company's specific needs.
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
