What you’ll be able to do:
The position requires someone capable of managing sophisticated technical details and who is proficient across multiple disciplines (planning, requirements gathering and validation, system design, development, and configuration). Due to the global nature of the enterprise directory data management services and Azure Active Directory system, this position provides the outstanding opportunity to engage with multiple business teams, joint ventures, and different Ford IT organizations (Office of the CIO/Strategy, IT Operations, Application Development, and Enterprise Connectivity etc.).

**Basic Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related field of study
- 7+ years of IT experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail and quality
- Multitasking skills given the variety of support queues needing coverage
- Working knowledge of Ford’s key collaboration tools (e.g. Sharepoint, WebEx, Request Center, and BMC).
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees and managementHighly motivated individual with strong technical skills and desire to resolve problems

**Our preferred requirements**:

- Solid understanding in Security domains, especially Identity and Access Management
- Hands on experience of PowerShell script programming
- Ability to learn new technology quickly with little documentation
- Be able to work within a team environment, also if required, lead a team to achieve results
- Proven track record to develop and document requirements
- Experience with Rally and Agile development

**Detailed description**:

- Design, develop, implement and improve tools/services as identified in CIAM platform.
- Provide Day-to-Day Operations of Incidents, problems, escalations as appropriate, and ensure root cause has been identified, and permanent fixes have been implemented.
- Maintain operational Service Level Agreements, Availability, Data Quality and Security Controls of the CIAM platform.
- Deliver and sustain Service quality metrics and meet MTTx targets
- Provide critical 7x24 support of Customer Identity and Access Management platform
- Maintain documentation of all operational processes, procedures, and configurations
- Maintain & test DR document, and perform backup and disaster recovery procedures
- Responsible for reviewing and monitoring our SLA is being met by our Cloud Based Service Provider
- Resolve operational concerns through collaboration with customers, engineering SMEs, and product vendors.
- Coordinate Change controls between our Cloud based provider, Ford IT Customers, and Engineering teams
- Test all new Features being released and support those released for CIAM platform
- Build out Scripts to help Automate portions of the Operational Day-to-Day Support
- Work with product vendor to coordinate distribution of regular updates/patches
- Responsible for coordinating the deployment of new Cloud Identity software or solutions to Ford Cloud Identity environments
- Work with various infrastructure support teams to provide technical direction and address security issues (EPEO-Global, Cyber Security, Enterprise Vulnerability)
