Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers using a prepared script.
- Introduce our products/services to potential clients and highlight their benefits.
- Provide accurate and detailed information about our company and products.
- Handle objections and address customer concerns effectively.
- Identify and qualify sales opportunities through lead generation activities.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Record and maintain accurate records of all interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet individual and team targets.
- Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge.

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing a degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or recently graduated).
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a confident phone presence.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Goal-oriented with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain resilient.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new strategies and sales techniques.
