**Qualifications**
- Minimum 2 years hospitality experience in a 5-star hotel, Event Planning and Food & Beverage
- Ability to effectively manage guest experience and expectations, requiring a high level of tact and diplomacy
- Knowledge of basic audio visual and catering
- Quick problem solving skills and effective time management
- MS Office skills, knowledge of EMS booking system (a plus)
- Must be willing to work flexible shifts to cover conference center hours and locations
