**Summary**:
We’re looking for a passionate advocate of data stewardship to support actionable analytics including data collection, protection, and quality. You will be part of a small, but growing, team responsible for identifying, analyzing, and monitoring issues that affect supply chain planning activities, forecast accuracies, inventory profitability and productivity, and procurement strategies across the Global Gaming businesses. You will play a key role in ensuring data viability, uncovering trends, discovering opportunities, highlighting challenges, and developing solutions that support the end-to-end supply chain operations. We emphasize ongoing personal development through project leadership, creative problem solving, and strategic thinking across all aspects of Planning & Procurement.

**What You'll Do**:

- Manage master data and transactional data ingested by a supply chain planning tool.
- Support identification and resolution of P&P data risks and opportunities.
- Champion strategies that improve accessibility and accuracy of P&P data.
- Create, manage, and refine strategies for the maintenance and upkeep of all data pertinent to Planning & Procurement (P&P) deliverables.
- Utilize problem solving to ensure data validity.
- Cross functional collaboration regarding key data sources, operational practices, master data management, and advanced analytics projects.
- Aid in the creation and refinement of predictive analytics models.
- Support Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Procurement, and other team strategies and requests, as needed.
- Creation of ad hoc analyses.
- This role has frequent interaction with Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Procurement, Operations, and Business Analytics.
- The Planning & Procurement Analytics team’s ongoing goal is to provide insights to understand, predict, and optimize demand, supply, and inventory.All other duties as assigned.

**What We're Looking For**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, economics, mathematics, statistics or other analytical or business focused area required.
- 3 - 8 years of experience in data analytics, business analytics, demand planning, supply planning, or inventory planning.
- Must have Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint proficiency as well as aptitude with explanatory analysis, data mining, and statistical analysis.
- Intermediate experience with SQL and relational databases is desired.
- Experience working in planning functions managing master data.
- Ability to problem solve data issues and manage data cleansing efforts.
- Experience maintaining data transfer processes between organizations and/or systems.
- Intermediate experience working in SAP, Oracle, or other leading planning tool kits.
- Python or R, and Tableau or Power BI experience desired, but not required.
- Predictive modeling or machine learning experience a plus.
- Ability to collaborate across time zones with teams operating in the US, Australia, and India.
- Microsoft D365 experience a plus.
