We are seeking a seasoned professional to manage travel arrangements for the company - including documentation and formalities - pre
- and post-travel.

This position will be responsible to ensure all the travel arrangements / operations (domestic or international) are completely hassle free.

**Responsibilities include, but are not limited to,**
- Efficiently and cost effectively manage end to end travel arrangements for both international and domestic locations (i.e., accommodations, booking flights, hotels, car rentals, visa requests, coordinating activities etc.).
- Negotiate on best rates /deals with the vendors.
- Manage and process all travel-related documentation, forms & formalities etc.
- Communicate with the person travelling regularly to keep them updated on details.
- Manage emergency changes/cancellations in a professional and calm manner.
- Update management on travel expenses.
- Maintain travel reports & MIS.
- Aggressive selling of MICE services to clients
- Devise strategies and techniques necessary for increasing revenue.
- Meeting sales targets through effective planning and budgeting
- Develop new verticals
- 8+ years of proven experience in the both domestic and international travel domain.
- Knowledge of bulk booking software and technologies like IATA, Amadeus, Galileo preferred
- Should have knowledge of international travel regulations, forms & formalities, customs, currencies etc
- The incumbent should have good knowledge of domestic and international critical itineraries/routings (good geographical knowledge is critical)
- A degree in Hospitality, Travel, Tourism,
- Good command on English, written and spoken.
- Good time-management skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Agile & adaptable individual -must be presentable
- Strong Business Development & Networking skills
- Market Research & the ability to self-motivate
